目的:建立一种间接测定磺胺嘧啶含量的新方法。方法:在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液条件下用过量的Cu2+溶液与磺胺嘧啶盐作用,产生沉淀,离心分离,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定上层清液中剩余的Cu2+光谱信号强度I。结果:空白液与上层清液Cu2+光谱信号强度之差△I与磺胺嘧啶浓度C呈良好的线性关系,工作曲线相关系数为0.9996,线性范围为47.1~200.2mg·mL-1(r=0.9996),回收率在94.0%~99.2%之间。结论:本方法不使用任何有毒溶剂,快速、简便,结果准确。用该方法进行磺胺嘧啶片和磺胺嘧啶混悬液样品测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a new indirect method for the determination of sulfadiazine. Methods: Excessive Cu2 + solution was reacted with sulfadiazine hydrochloride under HAc-NaAc buffer solution to produce a precipitate. Centrifugation and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry were used to determine the remaining Cu2 + signal intensity I in the supernatant. Results: The difference between the signal intensity of Cu2 + and the concentration of sulfadiazine in blank solution and supernatant was linear. The correlation coefficient of working curve was 0.9996 and the linear range was 47.1 ~ 200.2 mg · mL-1 (r = 0.9996) The recoveries ranged from 94.0% to 99.2%. Conclusion: This method does not use any toxic solvents, fast, easy and accurate. The method was used for the determination of sulfadiazine tablets and sulfadiazine suspension samples with satisfactory results.
