同传统的钢结构相比,型钢混凝土结构有着更大的刚度和强度,更好的局部和整体稳定性,防腐蚀和防火性能好,节约钢材;同传统的钢筋混凝土结构相比,这种结构承载力大、刚度大,具有良好的变形能力和延性,抗震性能优越;尤其在大跨度、超高层、重荷载的土木工程结构中,比单独采用钢筋混凝土结构有更好的适用性——可减小构件截面、增大使用空间、减小构件挠度、节省模板和支撑等。但由于其材料多样性,在现场实际施工过程中,对传统的施工工艺及施工组织带来了一些困难。本文以某大型城市综合体项目住宅楼为例,根据型钢混凝土结构设计原理及施工的特点,从施工组织、质量控制、施工工艺等方面剖析了在型钢混凝土结构工程施工过程中遇到的主要施工难点,制定并总结出合理化的解决方案,形成了一系列施工关键技术。

Especially in large-span, super high-rise and heavy-load civil engineering structures, it has better applicability than reinforced concrete structures alone. However, due to the diversity of materials, the actual construction process in the field brings some difficulties to the traditional construction technology and construction organization. Taking a residential building in a large-scale urban complex as an example, this paper analyzes the main construction encountered in the process of SRC construction from the aspects of construction organization, quality control and construction technology according to the design principle of SRC structure and the characteristics of construction. Difficulties, formulate and sum up the rationalization of solutions, formed a series of key construction technologies.
