对２８例小脑卒中患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位（Ｂｒａｉｎｓｔｅｒｎａｕｄｉｔｏｒｙｅｖｏｋｅｄｐｏｔｅｎｔｉａｌ，ＢＡＥＰ）检测研究，其中小脑出血１９例，小脑梗塞９例。结果发现：ＢＡＥＰ在小脑卒中的异常率为８５．７１％，且主要发生在病灶侧，部分病例可累及双侧。主要以ＩＩ、Ｖ波ＰＬ及Ｉ～ＩＩ，Ｉ～ＶＩＰＬ延长，ＢＡＥＰ在出血及梗塞的定性上无参考价值。随着病情的好转，ＢＥＡＰ亦逐渐恢复正常
Twenty-eight stroke patients underwent brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) examinations, including 19 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage and 9 cases of cerebellar infarction. The results showed that the abnormal rate of BAEP in cerebellar stroke was 85.71%, which mainly occurred on the side of the lesion. Some cases could involve both sides. Mainly II, V wave PL and I ~ II, I ~ VIPL extended, BAEP in the qualitative assessment of bleeding and infarction without reference value. As the condition improved, BEAP gradually returned to normal
