社会主义的中国已经走过了四十年的历程,社会主义性质的学校体育也经历了四十年的发展,认真总结四十年来的经验和教训,对于深入进行学校体育改革不无意义。一、曲折的道路众所周知,在我国长达两千多年的封建社会中,主导的教育思想是重“文”轻“武”(即轻“体”)。学校教育中几乎没有体育的位置。只是到了本世纪初叶,清政府才在各级学校中引进了德、日的兵式体操和普通体操。结束了我国学校教育中没有体育的漫长历史。但由于缺乏近代科学知识的指导,缺乏受过专业教育的体育教师,学校体育所发挥的作用甚微。到
