自今年一月一日起,已正式全面执行国家标准总局批准颁发的硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥等六个国家标准,最近国家建筑工程总局发出“关于用软练标号水泥配制混凝土的几点意见”的通知,通知提出:一、鉴于水泥的软、硬标号之间没有一个固定的相应关系,因此在用软练标号水泥配制混凝土时不能简单地把软练标号套换为硬练标号而沿用过去的配合比。二、应当根据水泥软练标号与混凝土强度的关系,按照具体条件进行计算和试配。三、在目前阶段各单位可以参照“关于用软练标号水泥配制混凝土的几点意见”所述的方法,结合当地具体条件进行试配,并按实测的强度值及其它指标,经过调整,定出供本单位使用的混凝土配合比,以确保质量和节约水泥。四、各单位要加强混凝土的试配和质量检验工作,并注意资料的积累。五、在工作过程中,如发现问题,可以随时与中国建筑科学研究院结构所取得联系。交通部以(80)交基387号文,转发了这个通知,要求交通系统有关部门在执行水泥新标准时加以注意,在工作过程中如发现问题,可迳与中国建筑科学研究院结构所联系,并将有关情况分别抄报部基建局和公路局,
