用扁平放电管设计并研制成高功率氦氖激光器。这种氦氖激光器的输出功率可以通过增加放电管的横向尺寸来提高。放电截面为20×4.5mm2和放电长度为1.7m的这种氦氖激光管在0.63μm的激光输出功率可达200mW以上。本文简要阐述并讨论了这种氦氖激光器的设计原理和初步实验结果。
With a flat discharge tube designed and developed into a high-power helium-neon laser. The output power of this HeNe laser can be increased by increasing the lateral dimensions of the discharge tube. The discharge area of 20 × 4.5mm2 and discharge length of 1.7m HeNe neon laser tube at 0.63μm laser output power of up to 200mW above. This paper briefly describes and discusses the design principle and preliminary experimental results of this He-Ne laser.
