肝脾结核虽然少见,但在临床及治疗上仍有重要意义。近年来由于肝炎的局部流行,腹腔镜及肝穿刺活体组织检查日益增多,因而引起临床上的重视。作者就临床所见2例,结合近年文献报告,提出关于此病诊断之初步探讨。病例报告例1:患者(病案号112202)女性,32岁,湖北人,教员,于1959年3月3日因发热、无力、食欲减退及消瘦三个多月而入院。患者于1958年12月末发病,体温38℃ Although rare, liver and spleen tuberculosis, but still in clinical and therapeutic significance.
