目的比较三种尿干化学分析仪进行平行测定时测定结果的符合程度,同时比较不同仪器阳性标本检出率。方法三种不同厂家尿干化学分析仪及配套的试纸条对60例门诊和病房送检的新鲜阳性尿液标本作平行检测,并对检测结果进行比较。结果三种尿干化学分析仪测定结果除隐血(BLD)、比重(SG)、蛋白(PRO)外一般符合率都在90%以上,主要项目BLD、GLU、PRO、LEU检测没有显著性差别。结论三种仪器检测的一致性好,GLU、PRO、LEU检出率无显著性差异。
Objective To compare the coincidence of three urinary dry chemical analyzers for parallel determination and compare the detection rate of positive specimens from different instruments. Methods Three different manufacturers of urine dry chemical analyzers and supporting test strips were used for the parallel detection of fresh positive urine specimens from 60 outpatients and wards and the test results were compared. Results The results of three kinds of urine dry chemical analyzer showed that the coincidence rates of BLD, SG and PRO were all over 90%. There was no significant difference between the main items BLD, GLU, PRO and LEU. Conclusion The consistency of the three instruments is good, but the detection rate of GLU, PRO and LEU has no significant difference.
