目的分析慢性阻塞性肺病患者在稳定期的综合治疗效果。方法对106例该病患者进行综合治疗,对比患者治疗前后的生活质量、肺功能、体重指标等,分析治疗效果。结果经过综合治疗后,患者的生活质量由治疗前的2.45±0.73降低到治疗后的2.20±0.51,生活质量评分在治疗前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后的肺功能指标、体重指标均得到了明显改善,两者在治疗前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性阻塞性肺病患者的稳定期实施综合治疗,可以明显提高患者生活质量,促进患者身体康复。
Objective To analyze the comprehensive treatment effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in stable period. Methods A total of 106 patients with this disease were treated by comprehensive treatment. The quality of life, lung function and body weight before and after treatment were compared to analyze the therapeutic effect. Results After the comprehensive treatment, the quality of life of the patients decreased from 2.45 ± 0.73 before treatment to 2.20 ± 0.51 after treatment, and the difference of the quality of life scores before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the pulmonary function Indicators, body mass index have been significantly improved, the difference between the two before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with stable period of comprehensive treatment, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and promote physical rehabilitation of patients.
