由电子工业部48研究所研制的HZ—Ⅱ型汉字库和该所与湘潭韶山无线电厂联合研制的ZH—Ⅱ型国标码汉卡及该所与长沙市电脑公司、长沙无线电五厂联合研制的HZ—Ⅱ型汉字终端等三项科研成果于1986年6月21日在北京通过了部级鉴定。来自全国科研、生产、应用及高等院校等共42个单位,60名代表参加了这次鉴定会。全国著名的电子计算机专家、中国科学院学部委员吴几康教授担任这次鉴定委员会主任。
The HZ-Ⅱ type Chinese character library developed by Institute of Electronics Industry 48 and the ZH-Ⅱ type national standard code Hanjian jointly developed by the institute and Xiangtan Shaoshan Radio Factory and the institute jointly developed with Changsha Computer Co., Ltd. and Changsha Radio Wuchang HZ-Ⅱ-type Chinese terminal three scientific research achievements in June 21, 1986 in Beijing passed the ministerial identification. A total of 42 units from the national scientific research, production, application and institutions of higher learning, 60 delegates attended the appraisal meeting. The famous computer expert, Professor Wu Jikang, member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, served as the appraisal committee director.
