针对放顶煤掩体支架在工作过程中出现的可靠性差、抗随机冲击载荷能力弱等问题,设计了一种脚踏式液压驱动、同步对称的掩体支架结构,利用3阶累积量谱随冲击信号变化敏感的特性对所设计的支架进行抗随机冲击载荷性能测试,测试结果为掩体支架的二次改进优化提供技术性参照。
Aiming at the problems of poor reliability and anti-random impact loading capacity of roof caving support during the working process, a kind of pedal-driven, synchronous and symmetrical shelter support structure is designed. By using 3-order cumulant spectrum with impact signal Change-sensitive characteristics of the stent designed for random impact load test, the test results provide a technical reference for the second improvement and optimization of shelter.
