社会生活方式的变迁以及科学技术的飞速发展,对人才的需求越来越高、要求每个社会成员具有终身发展的愿望和终身发展的能力;具有自主获取新知识的能力和团队合作能力。以往的课堂教学把学习建立在学生的客体性、被动性之上,从客观上降低了学生的主观能动性,学生常常在盲目的状态下进行学习,缺乏能动性和自觉性。通过在教学中开展小组合作学习,可以培养学生的团队合作能力和创新能力。那么如何开展合作学习呢?基于以上认识,笔者经过了几年的探索和实践,对于合作学习有了一些思考和认识,现整理成文,请各位同仁批评。一、组建合作小组,奠定合作基础将同一班级的学生按成绩、能力、性格诸方面的差异组
