对渗硼用钢、渗硼剂、渗硼工艺等因素对渗硼层疏松的影响进行了试验研究,并利用SEM二次电子形貌分析和波谱分析,探讨了疏松孔洞的形成机制及碳在渗层中分布的特点等。结果表明:空位迁移、Si扩散、渗硼气氛原子的进入是形成孔洞的先决条件。渗硼层含有一定碳量,部分疏松(孔洞)内含有球状、块状颗粒物。并据此提出了减少渗硼疏松的途径。
The effects of boronizing steel, boronizing agent and boronizing technology on the looseness of boronizing layer were studied. The formation mechanism of loose holes and the effect of carbon on the formation of loose pores were discussed by SEM secondary electron morphology analysis and spectral analysis. The characteristics of the distribution layer. The results show that vacancy migration, Si diffusion and atomization of boronizing atmosphere are the prerequisites for pore formation. Boronizing layer contains a certain amount of carbon, some loose (holes) containing spherical, massive particles. Based on this, the ways to reduce the porosity of boron are proposed.
