针对变辊距矫直机结构上的特点,提出了各辊的弯曲力矩及矫直力的计算方法。并对不等辊距的配置原则及辊距的大小进行了讨论。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of variable leveler, the calculation methods of bending moment and straightening force of each roller are proposed. The disposition principle of unequal roller distance and the size of roller gap are also discussed.
