本文利用美洲黑杨的三个栽培品种与欧美杨四个栽培品种搭配成七个杂交组合,采取人工水培杂交,研究F_1代苗木选种潜力。经过八年的试验(1982年开始),选择出鲁克斯杨×山海关杨;山海关杨×哈佛杨,Ⅰ-72杨×山海关杨三个优良组合。四年生树高超过沙兰杨(CK)23%~35.7 %;胸径超CK 26.5 %~81.5%。表现出明显的杂交优势规律:美洲黑杨CV之间杂交F_1代形态分化类型少,生长量大,超亲,超过对照优势强,是选出的优质速生新无性系;欧美杨CV之间杂交F_1代类型分化多,生长量小,超亲优势很小或负值,选择生长量超过沙兰杨的可能性很小;美洲黑杨CV与欧美杨CV之间杂交F_1代类型分化、超亲优势介于上述两者之间,生长量较大,是可供选择的比较理想无性系。
In this paper, three cultivars of Populus tomentosa and four cultivars of Populus euphratica were combined into seven hybrid combinations to study the potential of F 1 generation seedlings selection by artificial hydroponics. After eight years of experimentation (beginning in 1982), three good combinations of Luks Yang × Shanhaiguan Yang; Shanhaiguan Yang × Harvard Poplar, Ⅰ-72 Yang × Shanhaiguan Yang were selected. The height of four-year-old trees exceeds 23% -35.7% of Chala-Yang (CK); the breast diameter exceeds CK by 26.5% -81.5%. The results showed that the crosses of CV between the Populus tomentosa hybrid F1 had less morphological differentiation, more growth, more pro-parents than the control, which was the new clones selected from the high-quality fast-growing newborn clones. F_1 generation had more differentiation, less growth, little or no super-pro-dominant, less likely to grow more than Sallaia yunnanensis. F_1 generation differentiation, Advantage between the above two, the growth of larger, is to choose the more ideal clones.
