随着社会的进步,人们的饮食理念也发生变化,主要认为: 1“什么时间吃”比“吃什么”更重要。科学家作过一个试验:随意编成两组人,每日进食一顿同样的食品,但其中一组是早晨7点钟进食,另一组在晚上5点钟进食。结果前一组人的体重普遍下降,后一组人的体重却不断上升。当两组人员相互调换后,其结果亦是如此。因此,早餐可以适当多吃,而晚餐一定要少吃。 2 一日多餐比少餐更重要
