目的:分析研究基于心理契约的医患关系。方法:选取我院2014年2月~2015年11月期间收治的300例患者作为研究对象,根据应用医患心理契约管理的前后,将其分为观察组(医患心理契约管理)154例和对照组(常规管理)146例,比较两组患者对医疗服务的满意程度、医疗纠纷发生及投诉情况。结果 :与对照组相比,观察组患者对医疗服务的满意率(96.75%>84.25%)相对更高,其医疗纠纷发生率(0.65%<3.42%)及投诉率(1.95%<5.48%)相对更低,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强心理契约管理,其对于改善医患关系有着积极的影响。
Objective: To analyze and study the doctor-patient relationship based on psychological contract. Methods: A total of 300 patients admitted from February 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. According to the psychological contract management, 154 cases were divided into observation group (psychological contract management) Control group (routine management) 146 cases, the two groups of patients to compare the level of satisfaction with medical services, medical disputes and complaints. Results: Compared with the control group, the satisfaction rate of medical service in the observation group was relatively higher (96.75%> 84.25%), the incidence of medical malpractice (0.65% <3.42%) and complaint rate (1.95% Relatively lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening psychological contract management has a positive impact on improving doctor-patient relationship.
