近年来,随着中国综合国力的增强,越来越多的海外学子归国。国内对海归群体尤其是对中小城市的海归的研究相对缺乏。本文从文化身份的定义入手,总结了国外对文化身份研究的一些理论,以此理论为基础,从文化身份角度探讨了中国中小城市出去的海归的特点,并通过问卷调查等方式总结出他们经历出国文化适应后文化身份的转变。
In recent years, with the enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength, more and more overseas students have returned home. Domestic researches on returnees in returnees, especially in small and medium-sized cities, are relatively scarce. Starting with the definition of cultural identity, this paper summarizes some theories of cultural identity research abroad. Based on this theory, this paper discusses the characteristics of returnees going out of small and medium-sized cities in China from the perspective of cultural identity and summarizes their experiences through questionnaires and other means The Change of Cultural Identity after Abroad Cultural Adaptation.
