非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。随着世界多极化、经济全球化和信息网络化的发展，非公有制经济领域必然会出现许多新情况、新问题。如何做好非公有制经济代表人士的思想政治工作，以此带动和影响广大非公有制经济人士，引导这支队伍健康发展，成为统一战线的重要工作。首先，应从全局和战略的高度充分认识做好非公有制经济代表人士思想政治工作的重要性和迫切性；其次，要贯彻执行“团结、帮助、引导、教育”的方针，充分调动各方面的积极因素，真正做好非公有制经济代表人士的思想政治工作。
Non-public ownership economy is an important part of our socialist market economy.
