9月19日,第三届慈展会,一场主题为“公益组织运营模式画布”的沙龙吸引了当天许多参会者的目光。参加展会的大多数公益人士对什么是运营模式画布感到好奇,“一直听说有商业模式,没想到还有公益组织运营模式呀!”沙龙主讲人、中国青年创业国际计划YBC(Youth Business China)总干事、创业学院院长杜葵有着多年的商业领域经验,他敏锐地察觉到公益与商业存在共通之处,为实现公益资源的社会效益最大化,他主张用商业的思路和方法运作公益。
