日前,笔者去一家以往经济效益颇好的国有中型企业办事。从与朋友的闲谈中得知,该厂今年以来效益开始滑坡,而此时厂里的一些技术骨干,不是为企业解困出点子、想办法,而是千方百计地找自己的后路去了。有个工程师兼车间主任,虽然也是天天到班,心却早‘飞’了,不但当上一家私营企业的业余顾问、捞起了‘外快’,而且还背地里忙着筹办自家小工厂。据说,像这样只顾找自己的‘后路’,而不思企业‘出路’的并非个别,甚至有的企业‘当家人’也在用手里的权力和关系安排‘后路’。隔三差五就能听到议论,这个厂长有‘厂外厂’,那个经理有‘司外司’(即公司),企业内部则群龙无首、人心慌慌。
