目的:了解湟中县2012年度居民死因状况及规律,为进一步降低死亡率,并制定干预措施。方法:用湟中县监测居民死亡报告资料分析全部死因,主要病种死亡率及死因构成比等指标。结果:2012年(1~12)月份共报告死亡2 040例。其中循环系统疾病1 171例,占57.4%,恶性肿瘤404例,占19.8%,伤害254例,占12.45%,传染病和寄生虫病77例,占3.77%,呼吸系统疾病75例,占3.68%,消化系统疾病59例,占2.89%。结论:循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、伤害、传染病、寄生虫病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系疾病等已成为我县居民的主要死因,为今后制定防控措施,努力降低死亡率,具有十分重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status and laws of residents’ deaths in Chengzhong County in 2012 in order to further reduce the mortality rate and formulate intervention measures. Methods: The death rate of residents in Chengzhong County was used to analyze all causes of death, the mortality of major diseases and the constituent ratio of causes of death. Results: A total of 2 040 deaths were reported during January to December in 2012. Among them, 1 171 cases were circulatory diseases, accounting for 57.4%; 404 cases were malignant tumors, accounting for 19.8%; 254 cases were injured, accounting for 12.45%; 77 cases were infectious and parasitic diseases, accounting for 3.77%; 75 cases were respiratory diseases, accounting for 3.68% %, 59 cases of digestive diseases, accounting for 2.89%. Conclusion: Circulatory system diseases, malignant tumors, injuries, infectious diseases, parasitic diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases and other diseases have become the main cause of death of residents in our county. It is very important for prevention and control measures in the future to work hard to reduce the mortality rate Meaning.
