提出板材成型科学体系是以科学理论、技术知识和经验知识三者为基础,以达到产品质量、使用和经济要求为目标的工程体系。分析计算机辅助板材成型性评定体系和计算机辅助板材成型工艺优化体系,发现它们是板材成型成为一门科学的重要标志。提出板材成型成为一门科学后,将走向板材系统工程。认为板材系统工程应包括:板材生产;板材成型;板材生产工艺与成型工艺相协同。以板材成型系统工程为例,给出了系统工程体系框图。
It is proposed that the scientific system of sheet metal forming is based on scientific theory, technical knowledge and experiential knowledge, and aims to achieve product quality, usage and economic requirements. Analysis of computer-aided sheet metal formability assessment system and computer-aided sheet metal forming process optimization system and found that they are sheet metal forming an important symbol of science. Proposed sheet metal forming into a science, will go to the sheet system engineering. It is considered that the sheet system engineering should include: sheet production; sheet forming; sheet production process and molding process are synergistic. Taking sheet metal forming system engineering as an example, the system engineering system block diagram is given.
