According to the decision of the 5th meeting of Sino-German railway cooperation, the delegation of German Federal Railroad visited China in February 1993. On the three-phase AC drive and its application in the locomotive with our experts conducted technical exchanges and discussion. The delegation of 4 people, headed by Hochbruek, chairman of the German Federation of Railway Industry, members of the three major German electric company’s experts: Siemens Transportation Group Technology Development Senior Director Wagner, ABBHenschel Locomotive Co., Ltd. General Manager Gratzfeld and AEG-Westing House Transportation Co., Ltd.
