沙门菌族非伤寒株常被看作胸膜肺感染的少见病原。在分析革兰阴性菌肺炎的病原体时常常未考虑该菌感染。由于痰常规培养不查沙门菌,故其实际发病率一直被低估。作者对西班牙一教学总医院27年间收治的11例沙门菌族非伤寒株引起的胸膜肺感染病例作一回顾性研究。
Salmonella non-typhoid strains are often seen as rare causes of pleuropulmonary infection. In the analysis of pathogens of gram-negative bacteria pneumonia often do not consider the bacteria infection. Due to sputum routine culture do not check Salmonella, so the actual incidence has been underestimated. The authors made a retrospective study of 11 cases of pleuropulmonary infection caused by Salmonella non-typhoid strains admitted to a teaching general hospital in Spain for 27 years.
