研究了以PVC膜为支持体系 ,以四 (4 -溴 )苯基铂卟啉为敏感物质的荧光猝灭氧传感器对分子氧的响应特性 .该氧传感器敏感膜的最大激发波长为 4 0 2nm ,最大发射波长为 6 6 4nm ,分子氧可以有效地猝灭四 (4 -溴 )苯基铂卟啉敏感膜的荧光 .在 10 0 %N2 和10 0 %O2 中的荧光强度之比大于 4 0倍 ;在N2 饱和和空气饱和的水中荧光强度之比大于 14倍 ,有较高的灵敏度 .其寿命大于 3个月 .
The response characteristics of fluorescence quenching oxygen sensor, which is sensitive to tetrakis (4 - bromo) phenylplatinum porphyrin, to molecular oxygen with PVC membrane as the support system were studied.The maximum excitation wavelength of the sensitive membrane of oxygen sensor is 420 nm , The maximum emission wavelength is 6 6 4nm, and the molecular oxygen can effectively quench the fluorescence of tetrakis (4 - bromo) phenylplatinum porphyrin sensitive membrane.The fluorescence intensity ratio in 10 0% N 2 and 10 0% O 2 is more than 4 0 times; the ratio of fluorescence intensities in saturated and air saturated water is greater than 14 times, with higher sensitivity, and its lifetime is greater than 3 months.
