以美国为首的北约打着保护科索沃地区阿族的幌子，悍然发动了对南斯拉夫联盟共和国持续７８ 天的大规模空袭。为探讨这场新的战争模式给军队卫生学带来的影响，在调查有关资料的基础上，就下述三个问题提出一些看法：（１）北约使用精确制导武器空袭，给南联盟部队带来的运动性及其对军队卫生的影响；（２） 北约使用常规武器进行的“核、化、生战争，给南联盟部队带来的军队卫生的影响；（３）北约使用新式武器袭击，给南联盟部队带来的新的军队卫生学问题。所述问题仅供参考。
Under the guise of protecting ethnic Albanians in Kosovo, the U.S.-led NATO has blatantly launched a massive air strikes against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia for 78 days. To investigate the impact of this new war model on military hygiene, based on the relevant information, the following three issues were put forward: (1) NATO used precision-guided air strikes and gave the FRY troops a belt (2) NATO’s "nuclear, chemical and biological warfare with conventional weapons, the military health impact on Yugoslavia troops; (3) the use of new types of weapons by NATO, New Army Hygiene Issues Brought to Yugoslavia For the sake of reference.
