本文应用庆大霉素皮下注射破坏豚鼠前庭毛细胞,连续10天,停药后分别于当天及4、7、28天处死。利用眼震电图检测前庭功能改变,电镜和光镜观察前庭感觉上皮损伤情况及再生增殖过程。结果表明:(1)冰水试验ENG检查发现停药后前庭功能严重受损,无前庭功能恢复征象。(2)扫描电镜观察停药当天组前庭感觉上皮广泛破坏,以微纹区明显,4、7天组破坏加重。28天组破坏区有新毛细胞生长。定量分析显示28天组与对照组及当天组比较均有显著差异。(3)光镜观察发现壶腹嵴受损较椭圆囊及球囊重,定量分析结果示停药28天组有不同程度毛细胞再生。
In this paper, guinea pig vestibular hair cells were subcutaneously injected with gentamicin for 10 consecutive days. After stopping, they were sacrificed on the same day and 4, 7 and 28 days respectively. The changes of vestibular function were detected by electronystagmography. The damage of vestibular sensory epithelium and the process of regeneration and proliferation were observed by electron microscope and light microscope. The results showed that: (1) Ice water test ENG test found that after stopping the vestibular function severely impaired, no signs of vestibular function recovery. (2) Observed by scanning electron microscopy, the vestibular sensory epithelium was destroyed extensively on the day of discontinuation, and the microstructure was obvious. 28 days group destruction of new hair cells. Quantitative analysis showed that 28-day group and control group and the day group were significantly different. (3) Observed by light microscope, the damage of ampulla was more severe than that of the oval capsule and the balloon. Quantitative analysis showed that the 28-day withdrawal group had different degrees of hair cell regeneration.
