今天到会的主编,都是多年的老朋友,我来看望大家。很久不见面了,聚在一起不容易。 民族研究,经过几十年的发展,现在已成为包括许多学科的大门类。关于中国民族史及民族调查等学科的教学,中华人民共和国建立以前在一些高等学校已经存在。比较系统地开设民族类学科的课程,则是中华人民共和国建立以后,在民族院校和民族地区相关高等院校,也已经有几十年的教学积累。现在,国家民委得到国家教委的支持与配合,组织一批有丰富教学经验和有长期科研实践的专家来编写民族类学科的教材,使民族类学科教材成系列,规范化,通过编写高质量的教材,来总结民族研究各学科的主要成果、理论和方法,总结以往教材和教学实践的积累的经验。这样抓教材建设,对提高教学质量与完善学科体系,都是有好处的。

Ethnic studies, after decades of development, have now become the subject of many disciplines. Regarding the teaching of Chinese ethnic history and ethnographic surveys, the People’s Republic of China existed in some institutions of higher learning before its establishment. After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, more institutions of higher learning in minority nationalities and ethnic areas have also accumulated decades of teaching. Now, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission has received the support and cooperation of the State Education Commission, organized a group of experts with rich teaching experience and long-term scientific research practices to compile teaching materials for ethnic subjects and made them into series and standardized materials for teaching of ethnic minorities through the preparation of high-quality Teaching materials to summarize the main achievements, theories and methods of various disciplines of ethnic studies, and to sum up the accumulated experiences of past teaching materials and teaching practices. This grasping teaching material construction, to improve the quality of teaching and improve the disciplinary system, are good.
