中学教师课堂教学评价正处于一个“机遇与挑战共存”的时代,我们必须满足素质教育和教师发展的新需要,必须迎接课程改革的新挑战,这就要求我们必须将评价的理念与时代精神结合起来实施评价变革。我国的中学教师课堂教学评价正面临着“尴尬与迷茫”的困境,评价目的的异化、评价标准的主观、评价方式的单一、评价主体的迷失等都是其表现。我们必须要从观念到实践上“重建与超越”现行的中学教师课堂教学评价体系。
The evaluation of middle school teachers ’classroom teaching is in the era of “coexistence of opportunity and challenge”. We must meet the new needs of quality education and teachers’ development, and must meet the new challenge of curriculum reform, which requires that we must combine the concept of evaluation with the era Spirit combined to implement the evaluation of change.
