涉法涉诉信访改革后,涉法涉诉信访问题逐步纳入法治化轨道予以解决。目前,涉法涉诉信访反映的问题主要集中在办案质量、判决执行、司法人员个体素质等方面。检察机关涉法涉诉信访工作仍面临案件受理分流不畅、案件处理流转不畅、案件终结出口不畅等问题。应依法律程序办理涉法涉诉信访案件,从提高案件质量、加强宣传教育、强化第三方参与化解等方面健全机制,并通过多部门的优势互补,形成化解信访的合力。
After the law-related complaints and petitions reform, the law-based orbital issues of law-related complaints gradually settled. At present, the problems reflected in the letters and visits involving law-related complaints mainly focus on the quality of handling cases, the execution of judgments and the individual qualifications of judicial personnel. Prosecutorial agencies involved in lawsuits petition letters and visits are still facing the case of poor diversion, the case of poor circulation, the end of the case of exports and other issues. They should handle petition cases involving lawsuits in accordance with legal procedures, improve the quality of cases, step up publicity and education, and strengthen the third party to take part in the resolution and other aspects of sound mechanisms and complement each other through multi-sector strengths to form the resultant force of resolving letters and visits.
