通过热力学计算,分析了X80管线钢钙处理后在生成液态钙铝酸盐夹杂物区间内,钢中钙活度和铝含量的关系,确定了生成液态钙铝酸盐夹杂物钙活度的控制范围;计算了钢液铝硫的关系,以及温度对铝硫关系的影响.实验结果表明钢中硫质量分数为20×10-6时,液态夹杂物中的硫化钙溶解度可以达到0.18%.
Through the thermodynamic calculation, the relationship between the calcium activity and the aluminum content in the liquid calcium aluminate inclusions in the liquid X80 pipeline steel after calcium treatment was analyzed, and the control of the calcium activity of the liquid calcium aluminate inclusion was determined The relationship between aluminum and sulfur in molten steel and the effect of temperature on the relationship between aluminum and sulfur were calculated.The experimental results show that the solubility of calcium sulfide in liquid inclusions can reach 0.18% when the mass fraction of sulfur in steel is 20 × 10-6.
