慢性粒细胞白血病(慢粒)是一种造血系统的慢性恶性增殖性疾病,我室经研究10年,探讨慢粒的病因、诊断、临床分型、予测复发等工作,兹将有关资料,综合报告如下。一、109例慢粒的临床分期与Ph 染色体关联的研究总结109例大系列Ph 阳性慢粒,进行Ph 染色体的出现率与临床分期相关性的深入研究。采用骨髓短期培养G 显带染色体制备,每例慢粒患者各检查20个完整的分裂相。根据ISCN确认,计数Ph 染色体的出现率。
Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is a chronic malignant proliferative disease of the hematopoietic system. After studying for 10 years in our laboratory, we explore the cause, diagnosis, clinical classification, and recurrence of CML.
