缩阳症又叫Koro氏病,指病人自感阴茎突然缩入腹部内,病人产生极度恐慎感。作者近2年收治3例,现报告如下: 临床资料本组3例均为男性,年龄28～40岁。文化程度:初中1人,高中2人。职业:工人2例,个体户1例。3例病人发作次数分别是2、3、5次,发作持续时间0.5～1小时,发病季节均为冬季。3例病人发作时均有紧张、恐惧、全身发冷、乏力、气促、胸闷,有阴茎逐渐收缩变小的感觉,因怕阴茎缩入腹部丧命均自己或请人用手紧紧抓住阴茎向外拉。2例病人发作后有恶心、头痛,1例病人发作后尿道口流出少量白色粘稠液体。
