成年雄性SD大鼠随机分成2组,给药及对照组灌服混悬于1%CMC中之T_4,剂量为50μg/kg/d,每周6天,对照组灌服1%等量CMC,6周后表明生育力降至零即剖杀。结果表明:①两组血清FSH、LH及睾酮均无明显差异。②与对照组相比,T_4组间质细胞基础睾酮分泌和HCG刺激后睾酮分泌均明显下降。本研究表明,抗生育剂量的T_4对血中生殖激素无明显影响,但对间质细胞可能有一定的抑制作用。这在离体培养的异常环境下可能较易显示。
Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups. The rats in the control group were given T_4 suspended in 1% CMC at a dose of 50 μg / kg / d for 6 days a week.
