进入21世纪,随着我国市场机制的逐步成熟与完善,高新技术不断发展,产业结构调整,高校的扩招,普高热的兴起,各类职业学校招生规模也不断扩大,学生生源素材逐年下降,学生求学的精神、态度、热情也不如以前,许多老师感叹说:“一届不如一届了!”。因此,教师在教学过程中进行新的教学教法的研究与应用已迫在眉睫。笔者通过多年教学研究与经验积累,深刻地体会到在课堂教学过程中采取情感教学,情知并重、育人为先非常重要。其理由有如下几点:一、师生关系融洽时,教师在课堂上讲得顺利,学生听得专心,接受知识的速度快在课堂教学中,师生之间进行着信息的交流,其中既有认知的信息,也有情绪情感的信息,也有经过非语言形式传输的情感信息。作为发出信息的主体——教师和学生,他们之间的关系如
