在推进基础教育领域综合改革的新背景下,连片成群地打造优质学校,是义务教育改革与发展的迫切呼唤。优质学校建设需要充满活力的学校内部管理,而“文化基质”正是激发学校生命活力的源头,是促进师生内心世界的完整、丰富而又安静的根本动力。文化基质形成蕴藏在优质学校成长与成熟的过程之中。在实践层面,这个潜滋暗长的过程是一个“和合立魂、愿景立标、制度立本,关系立根”的创造过程。
