在高等教育逐渐大众化的今天,中国高校毕业生的供给每年以20%左右的速度在增加,远远大于经济增长的速度,就业压力进一步加大,就业工作任务十分艰巨,已经引起人们的高度关注。同时中小企业发展迅速,具有广阔的就业空间。然而,由于某些历史和现实原因,高校毕业生往往在就业中会忽视中小企业。但是面对目前就业压力和中小企业的发展,高校毕业生应及时转变就业观念,为自己创造一个更为广阔的就业空间。
Nowadays, with the gradual popularization of higher education, the supply of college graduates in China is increasing by about 20% every year, which is far greater than the rate of economic growth. The employment pressure is further increased, and the task of employment is extremely arduous. It has drawn great attention . At the same time, SMEs have developed rapidly and have ample employment space. However, due to some historical and practical reasons, college graduates tend to ignore SMEs in employment. However, facing the current employment pressure and the development of SMEs, college graduates should timely change their employment concepts and create a broader employment space for themselves.
