1病例报告患者女,43岁。因多年不孕来我院优生优育中心就诊。自述15岁开始每月出现右侧下腹隐痛,持续8~10天,服用镇痛药物无效。由于居住在农村偏远地区,医疗条件差,交通不便,未能到正规医院就诊;婚后20余年不孕,服用中草药和民间偏方无效。妇科常规检查:直肠子宫陷凹饱满,有触痛,子宫饱满,右侧附件可及一实性质硬肿物,直径约4cm,有触痛,活动好;
1 case report Patients female, 43 years old. Due to many years of infertility to our hospital eugenics treatment.
