本文扼要地总结了利用自主开发的实用γ谱分析软件和239Pu的γ能峰的相对效率,采用高纯锗探测器对耦合的γ能峰使用非耦合峰推算它的计数分配,从而得到各核素的原子比.根据钚的衰变规律,从而获得分析钚材料的年龄、丰度属性的方法.推算出原子比与丰度、年龄的计算公式,获得钚材料的年龄和丰度.对某种型号的钚元件进行了重复测量,将本研究分析的结果与PC-FRAM以及保管单位给出的参考值进行比较.
This article briefly summarizes the use of self-developed practical γ-ray analysis software and 239Pu γ energy peak relative efficiency using high-purity germanium detector coupled γ energy peak using uncoupling peak to calculate its count distribution to obtain each nucleus Atomic ratio of plutonium.According to the law of decay of plutonium, we can get the method to analyze the age and abundance properties of plutonium materials.Calculate the atomic ratio, abundance and age, and get the age and abundance of plutonium.
