我们自1990年1月至1996年12月共收治妊娠期阑尾炎52例,现将其临床特点及治疗体会分析讨论如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组年龄最大38岁,最小21岁,平均26.3岁。其中妊娠早期为6例,占12％,妊娠中期30例,约占58％,晚期16例,占30％。术前明确诊断者48例,误诊1例,未明确诊断者3例,行剖腹探查后证明为阑尾炎。52例患者中单纯性阑尾炎6例,化脓性阑尾炎28例,坏疽性阑尾炎17例,阑尾病变不明显1例。 We from January 1990 to December 1996 were treated 52 cases of appendicitis during pregnancy, and now its clinical features and treatment experience analysis are discussed below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of the oldest 38 years old, minimum 21 years old, average 26.3 years old. Of which 6 cases of early pregnancy, accounting for 12%, mid-pregnancy 30 cases, accounting for about 58%, late in 16 cases, 30%. 48 cases were diagnosed preoperatively, 1 case was misdiagnosed, 3 cases were not diagnosed, and proved to be appendicitis after laparotomy. Among the 52 patients, 6 were simple appendicitis, 28 were purulent appendicitis, 17 were gangrenous appendicitis and 1 was not obvious in the appendix.
