本文对频率稳定性不良的石英谐振器进行了失效分析，并利用扫描电子显微镜观察了石英晶片电极银膜层的显微形貌，分析了石英晶片银膜层不连续和附着差的原图，提出了改进措施，使石英晶片银膜层的合格率显著提高。
In this paper, the failure analysis of the quartz resonator with poor frequency stability was carried out. The microstructure of the silver film of the quartz wafer was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The original image of the discontinuous and poor adhesion of the silver film of the quartz wafer was analyzed. Proposed improvements to the quartz wafer silver film significantly improved the pass rate.
