提出一种专利组合分析新方法:专利优先权网络。在给出专利族成员、优先权专利概念的基础上,构建专利优先权网络,编制关键技术链、显著技术链、核心优先权专利的算法。以苹果电脑公司“用于触敏输入设备的手势”专利为例,运用该方法对专利族进行分析,得出多点触控技术为公司的重要技术,保护力度大,其中关键技术专利有11件,而“手持装置触摸板”、“用于触敏输入设备的手势”等专利对技术发展的影响深远,未来公司对多点触控技术的研发将重点放在其与语音识别、计算机视觉等技术整合上,以满足消费者对人机交互的需求。实例证明,专利优先权网络有助于分析企业专利战略。
