目的:探讨肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中SATB1的表达及其临床意义。方法:用RT-PCR方法和蛋白质印迹法检测40例HCC组织及对应的癌旁组织中SATB1的表达,并分析SATB1蛋白的表达程度与患者临床病理参数、术后复发与转移的关系。结果:HCC组织中SATB1蛋白的表达明显高于癌旁组织,P<0.001。癌组织中SATB1蛋白表达的高低与AFP、肿瘤大小、癌栓、病理分化、TNM分级、术后复发转移有关系,P<0.05;与性别、年龄、乙型肝炎表面抗原、丙型肝炎抗体、肿瘤的数目、肝硬化和包膜无关,P>0.05。结论:SATB1蛋白的表达与HCC的复发转移有关,SATB1有望成为HCC复发与转移的一个新的预后指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of SATB1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of SATB1 was detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting in 40 HCC tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues. The relationship between the expression of SATB1 protein and clinicopathological parameters, recurrence and metastasis was analyzed. Results: The expression of SATB1 protein in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.001). The level of SATB1 protein expression in cancer tissues was related to AFP, tumor size, tumor thrombus, pathological differentiation, TNM classification and postoperative recurrence and metastasis (P <0.05), but not with sex, age, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis C antibody, The number of tumors, liver cirrhosis and the capsule has nothing to do, P> 0.05. Conclusion: The expression of SATB1 protein is related to the recurrence and metastasis of HCC. SATB1 is expected to be a new prognostic factor for the recurrence and metastasis of HCC.
