“发汗法”是我国传统的健身与治病方法之一,也是祖国医学中应用得最早、最广的一种治病强身的方法。中医学认为,发汗不仅有通经活络、活动全身器官、促进体力等作用,而且还可以调节人体植物神经功能、改善微循环系统。同时,它对人体五脏六腑的活动功能也有积极的促进作用。 健身发汗的方法很多,于此,笔者给您介绍三种简单易学的方法:
