目的探讨军队医院聘用制护士的职业倦怠的影响因素及对策。方法抽取驻北京某军队医院护士500名进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计学分析,探讨军队医院聘用制护士职业倦怠的影响因素,提出相应的对策。结果聘用制护士的职业倦怠程度显著高于军队护士(P<0.05),监护室聘用制护士的职业倦怠程度显著高于其他科室(P<0.05)。结论应关注军队医院聘用制护士的地位及待遇等因素,加强职业教育与业务培训,构建和谐的工作氛围。
Objective To explore the influential factors and countermeasures of occupational burnout among employed nurses in military hospitals. Methods A total of 500 nurses in a military hospital in Beijing were selected for questionnaire survey, and the results were statistically analyzed to explore the influencing factors of occupational burnout among employed nurses in military hospitals and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Results The occupational burnout of employed nurses was significantly higher than that of military nurses (P <0.05). The occupational burnout of employed nurses was significantly higher than that of other departments (P <0.05). Conclusions Should pay attention to the status and treatment of employed nurses in military hospitals, strengthen vocational education and business training, and establish a harmonious working atmosphere.
