目的调查分析辽河油田职工老年牙病患者口腔健康知识、态度和行为,为退休职工牙病防治工作提供必要的信息。方法采用现场调查方法对100名退休职工牙病患者进行问卷调查。结果退休职工牙病患者口腔健康知识知晓率较低,不同文化程度的退休职工对口腔健康知识的了解及口腔保健态度和行为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辽河油田需进一步完善口腔保健服务体系,加大退休职工口腔健康知识教育力度,并针对不同文化程度的退休职工采用相应的方式施教。
Objective To investigate and analyze oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of elderly dental patients in Liaohe Oilfield and provide the necessary information for the prevention and treatment of dental diseases for retired staff. Methods The field survey method was used to survey 100 dental workers who were retired. Results The rate of oral health knowledge among retired workers was lower than that of retired workers. The understanding of oral health knowledge and oral health attitude and behaviors among retired workers of different educational level were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Liaohe Oilfield needs to further improve the oral health care service system, increase reeducation of oral health knowledge and education, and retired workers of different educational levels to adopt the appropriate way to teach.
