目的:对比探讨老年性肺结核的CT与X线特点,以提高其影像诊断准确率。方法:抽取2013年7月—2015年12月在我院经临床或病理证实且具有完整CT及X线资料的老年性肺结核患者36例,对其CT与X线诊断进行对比分析。结果:36例老年性肺结核患者中,CT诊断正确者34例,准确符合率为94.44%,X线诊断正确者26例,准确符合率为72.22%。结论:老年性肺结核影像表现多样化、缺乏典型征象,与X线相比CT具有较高的诊断准确率,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective: To compare the CT and X-ray features of senile pulmonary tuberculosis in order to improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis. Methods: Thirty-six elderly patients with senile pulmonary tuberculosis who were clinically or pathologically confirmed with CT and X-ray data from July 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and compared for CT and X-ray diagnosis. Results: Of the 36 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, CT was correctly diagnosed in 34 cases, with an accurate coincidence rate of 94.44%. X-ray diagnosis was correct in 26 cases and the exact coincidence rate was 72.22%. Conclusion: The image of senile pulmonary tuberculosis is diverse and lacks the typical signs. Compared with X-ray, CT has a higher diagnostic accuracy, which is worthy of clinical application.
