为探讨载体与人骨形态发生蛋白(hBMP)活性的关系并为今后临床提供有价值的资料,本实验用小样本观察了bDDBM.rDDBM、hDDBM、Colla.I、HAP.Ca3(PO4)2六种载体、大样本观察了六种载体中的三种(hDDBM、rDDBM、C(PO4)和第七种BMP载体与hBMP诱导成骨的关系。发现,无BMP活性、脱矿物质的人脱矿骨基质(hDDBM)与hBMP的复合物具有最佳活性。hDDBM在扫描电镜下具有多孔结构,其平均孔径为127±34m。结果显示,无BMP活性、脱矿物质的骨基质(DDBM)的性能不仅与DDBM的孔径大小有关,而且与基质中纤维样物质的含量有关。此外,还发现在对BMP进行活性检验时,如采用将BMP和载体的复合物注入小鼠小腿三头肌内的方法,可使对BMP的活性检验更为简单、可靠。
In order to explore the relationship between vector and human bone morphogenetic protein (hBMP) activity and to provide valuable data for future clinical trials, bDDBM was observed with a small sample in this experiment. rDDBM, hDDBM, Colla.
