風湿性腦膜是風湿性关節炎和心臟炎以外的一种風湿病的表現形式,臨床上多数呈舞蹈性多动,少数为非舞蹈性多动,病理組織学的特点是增生性病变,而浸潤和漿液性渗出則極少。本文报告我教研室自1951年5月至1960年5月收住的儿童风湿性腦炎20例,其中女性12例,男性8例,年令最小者为3歲,最大者为15歲,本組所見之病例以5-12歲的病例数最多,佔85％,舞蹈性多动16例,非舞蹈性多动4例,其中死亡一例。
